According to the preliminary results, bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko is going to win the Parliamentary elections in Ukraine. “It’s good that Ukraine has the snap elections. Today the direction that Ukraine is choosing has become clear, - Vintsuk Viachorka, the BNF Party leader commented the preliminary results of the snap election in Ukraine. – It is clear that the majority of the Ukrainians voted for European perspective of their country. Yulia Tymoshenko’s bloc and the bloc Our Ukraine - People's Self-Defence will have all the possibilities for making European reforms in Ukraine. I wish them every success”.
According to Aliaksandr Milinkevich, the “For Freedom” movement leader, it is the evidence of democratic and pro-European aspirations in Ukraine.
It is also undoubtedly important for Belarus, because the European orientation, European values have great importance for us. This victory, no doubts, supports the Belarusian democratic forces in their objective to European civilization”.
Paval Seviarynets, one of the “Belarusian Christian Party” leaders, declared in the interview to Radio Svaboda that he is very glad the Ukrainians for the third time support the democracy and the ideas of Maidan.
“We are congenial, because both Yulia Tymoshenko and Viktor Yushchenko built their policy on Christian and democratic values. Yulia’s pray for Ukraine became very strong final accent.
