Paval Sieviarynets was questioned in Public Prosecutor’s office

Paval Sieviarynets was summoned to the public prosecutor’s office of Savetski district for an interrogation. Investigator Dzmitry Agafonau called Sieviarynets as a witness on the case of the murder of taxi driver Dziadziulia.
The politician was summoned because the person suspected of the murder had allegedly claimed he had come there to visit Sieviarynets. But Sieviarynets says on that day he was in Ukraine which is proved by a customs stamp in his passport, Radio Racyja reports.
The investigator questioned Sieviarynets on the case for one hour. Nevertheless, some questions concerned Paval’s political activity. For example, the investigator asked the name of the political organization that Paval Sieiviarynets is a member.
The taxi driver was murdered at the night of 22-23 October 2003 near the house where Paval Sieviarynets lived at that time.
