Aliaksandr Lukashenka’s working visit to Tajikistan has come to an end. The Belarusian president took part in the session of Council of the Heads of States of the EurAsEC (The Eurasian Economic Community) Intergovernmental Council and in the session of Collective Security Treaty Organization Council in Dushanbe. But there he hadn’t an appointment with Vladimir Putin, as it was announced before.
