Volga Kazulina deprived of driver’s license 19

17:34, — Politics

Daughter of former presidential candidate and present political prisoner Alyaksandr Kazulin was deprived of her driver’s license and fined for “traffic offence.”

It should be reminded that Volga Kazulina was detained by police when, rolling by Kastrychnitskaya Square she honked to participants of the protest demonstration, which was taking place there. Besides, portraits of her father were fixed to car windows.

Police officers didn’t let Volga Kazulina go for about 4 hours, after that they apologized for alleged “misunderstanding” and released her without a report drawn up.

But, as it has become known today, officer of road police fined of BYR 35.000 for the passengers were allegedly unbelted. They are going to fined her of bigger sum – up to 4 basic units (about BYR 140.000) for “wrong using of motorhorn” on Kastrychnitskaya Square. V. Kazulina was deprived of her driver’s license.

Today Volga Kazulina has written a claim of dissent with the activities of road police, which will be considered by administrative commission.

Police tired to raise a claim concerning portraits of Alyaksandr Kazulin on the car windows, but this question was solved, as the portraits weren’t glued to the windows, and it does not contravene with traffic rules.
