Riot policemen beaten up underage guy in pedestrian subway

Yesterday after the protest of market vendors underage Artur Kutsukha was beaten up by riot policemen in mufti. As the Charter’97 was told in the Committee for Defence of Repressed “Solidarity”, 17-year-old guy was seized in a pedestrian subway in Independence Square, knocked on the ground and beaten up.
Yesterday the police department of Maskouski district for a long time was concealing information about Artur’s being there from Artur’s parents. An ambulance was called in later, as he was taken bad. In the emergency hospital doctors told Artur Kutsukha might have a traumatic brain injury. He was to stay in the hospital for a night, but at 10 p.m. he was suddenly told the patient capacity of the hospital is insufficient, and he was sent back home.
