Criminal Case Initiated against Vaukavysk Hacker

A criminal case has been brought against a 32-year-old resident of Vaukavysk, Hrodna region on charges of hacking a local web site.
Details have been reported by Euroradio reporter Syarhei Apanovich:
“The young man has written a computer program that would keep changing the content on one of the local sites in the course of six months.
It was not the first time of the hacker, the local police department said. He has been held in police custody since September 2007. The list of IT crimes committed by him is getting longer.
