Kaczynski: First there must be guarantees of real changes, and only then concessions

To the mind of Polish president Lech Kaczynski, the mission of the Polish Foreign Ministry Radoslaw Sikorski to Belarus started with an embarrassment.

Sikorski’s failure is in the fact that after his visit to Belarus the parliament has no opposition representatives, Kaczynski stated in the talk with Polish journalists.

He underlined that he “counts upon changes in Belarus”, but to his mind, first guarantees of real changes should be received from the Belarusian side, and only then concessions follow, “Nasha Niva” informs.
