12:02, — society

A special permission by the authorities, named as professional and psychological interview or testing, is needed to study such disciplines as international activity, journalism, law.

Alyaksandr Lukashenka signed a decree 70, making amendments and changes to regulations of admission to universities and specialised secondary schools. According to the new law, equal admission conditions for universities and specialised secondary schools are established, and terms for applications for budget and study-for-fee form of education are reduced.

Only those, who were interviewed successfully on professional and psychological aptitude in universities as established by the Ministry of Education, have right to apply for study at specialities with special requirements (including journalism, law, and foreign activity).
