Belarusians cannot get money from cash machines

Another failure in the computer bank system of Belarus happened yesterday. The network of automated teller machine of largest financial institutions of the country was down.
According to the official version, it happened because of energy supply disruption. By the way, it’s the second time of failure of teller machines in the capital of Belarus. In January they were not working, but withdraw money from customers’ accounts. Then a program error was named the reason of the incident.
It is reported that bank system machines are to have large-scale modernization. It is planned that the network of cash machines is to become more advanced and quick, ONT channel reports.
