The US magazine Parade has published a list of the worst present-day dictators of the world. First the list was created in 2003. Sources include the U.S. State Department, Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International and Reporters Without Borders.
This year's list includes:

4) King Abdullah, Saudi Arabia

6) Robert Mugabe, Zimbabwe

12) Bashar al-Assad, Syria

It has been informed on Tuesday that Fidel Castro, who occupied the 15th position in this list, and was not included into in last year because he reposed power in hands of his brother Raúl after an intestinal tract operation, officially stepped down the position of the President of the Council of State. He occupied this position since the Council of State was founded in 1976, Vesti informs.
Besides, as “Gazeta” writes, the oppositional Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) previously chaired by assassinated Benazir Bhutto, by this moment won 58 places in the parliament after votes were count in 70% of polling stations. Nawaz Sharif’s party, Pakistan Muslim League, has 56 places in the National Assembly of Pakistan. In Punjab the Pakistan Muslim League has won 89 seats, the PPP – 54 seats. The party of the acting president Pervez Musharraf is the third, lagging behind the both oppositional parties. It has only 25 seats in the national Assembly, and 25 seats in Punjub.
