David Kramer, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State is going to attend funeral of Iryna Kazulina.
The newspaper “Nasha Niva” learnt it from its sources. Arrival of Kramer depends on whether he will be able to receive a Belarusian visa.
Mr. Kramer has represented the Belarusian policy in the US Department of State for the last time.
