Road militia stopped Kazulin’s car on way to colony

As Volha Kazulina, daughter of the political prisoner, said to the Charter’97 press center, a car with Alyaksandr Kazulin, moving back to the Vitsebsk colony after his wife’s funeral, was stopped, when it left Minsk. Road militiamen are drawing a report on overspeeding.
Volha Kazulina supposes her father has been detained intentionally, in order he be late by 8.00pm to the colony and get a penalty.
