“We are coming to the deadlock,” Alyaksandr Papkou, deputy head of presidential administration, stated.
Belarus outputs 70 per cent of lossmaking agricultural products, Alyaksandr Papkou said at the session of Council of Ministers Presidium in Minsk during examining a programme on rural revival and development.
“70 per cent of products in plant and animal industries are loss making,” A. Papkou noted. According to his data, only over the last year agricultural enterprises borrowed BYR 1.3 trillion at bank interest for wage payment.
