Is arrested in Minsk American lawyer kept in KGB jail?

Together with US citizen lawyer Emanuel Zeltser his secretary Vladlena Funk (Bluzkova), a citizen of Russia, was detained in Minsk 12 March.
The consulate of the Russia’s Embassy in Belarus confirmed to Radio Svaboda: “Yes, Russian citizen Vladlena Bluzkova was detained 12 March. She was transferred to the KGB remand jail on 15 March. The case is investigated by the KGB.”
By now the KGB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs didn’t confirmed the fact of detention US citizen Emanuel Zeltser and his secretary Vladlena Funk (Bluzkova), as relatives of the famous lawyer informed.
According to the relatives, Emanuel Zeltser was arrested at Minsk-2 airport after arriving from London on 12 March. Zeltser is considered to be an expert in cases of anti-money laundering. It is known that for some time Zeltser represented interests of former Head of the Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation Pavel Borodin.
