A car with newspapers “Narodnaya Volya” and “Tovarishch” was set free from Dubrouna district militia department at 2.30pm. It is moving now on the highway Moscow-Brest.

Zmitser Yakavenka, deputy editor-in-chief said to Radio Svaboda:

“As usual, we were transporting in a car the circulations of two newspapers – our one and “Narodnaya Volai” from Smolensk (Russia), where they are printed. As soon as the car reached the territory of Belarus, it was detained by the traffic militia. After 40-minute examination of documents, a driver was ordered to go to Dubrouna internal affairs department.”

Zmitser Yanenka also said militiamen didn’t tell any specific reasons for detention. He thinks the detention is connected with actions dedicated to 25 March celebration.
