“Beaten up people are guarded to Minsk courts. Artur Finkevich has swollen face. Zmitser Dashkevich was in very bad condition. He had bruises, hematomas...” Youth leader Paval Sevyarynets said to the Charter’97 press center.
According to Paval Sevyarynets, people were beaten up in the internal affairs department of Minsk yesterday. “Minor Alena Makarevich was beaten in a militia department. They lay her on the floor, press down her head with a knee, and gave some strikes,” Paval Sevyarynets said.
