Lukashenka among first to congratulate Medvedev

Alyaksandr Lukashenka was among the first people who congratulated Dmitry Medvedev on his victory in election of Russia’s President.
“Having supported You, Russian electors voted for continuing the creative way, which objective is renaissance of the strong state, strengthening of the unity of Russia,” the congratulation says.
“Belarusians are glad to see the success achieved by Russia for the last time. I am sure by joint efforts we can to put new dynamics in Belarus-Russia international process, lay the basis for further increasing of well-being of citizens of our countries, hold out together in the world of growing threats and challenges,” Lukashenka stressed.
