A judge of the court of Chyhunachny district of Vitsebsk, Ala Bardzyukova, didn’t try the case of oppositionists Alena Zalesskaya and Barys Khamajda.

As we have informed, a rally dedicated to the memory of Iryna Kazulina was held in Vitsebsk on February 25. Activists of the democratic forces were handing out leaflets to dwellers of the city. it was stated in the leaflets that the regime didn’t allow Alyaksandr Kazulin attending his wife’s funeral. Zalesskaya and Khamajda were taken first to a police department, and then to the court. But the session of the court was rescheduled for March 4.

But today judge Bardzyukova hasn’t initiated proceedings in a case. She sent the files of the case back to the police department saying that reading the reports she couldn’t understand the fault of oppositionists, the press-service of the United Civil party informs.
