Before anyone welcomes Mrs. Ferrero-Waldner with open hearts in Belarus,
just some facts ... she (and her officials) in the EC did NOT answer one of
the man protest emails sent to her in January 2008 - requesting HER
protest in the case of political prisoner Artur Finkevich.
Was Mrs. Ferrero-Waldner silent because of the EC-office in Minsk?
