Alyaksandr Atroshchankau got 15-day arrest for “contempt of court”

Youth activist of the campaign “European Belarus” Alyaksandr Atroshchankau is arrested for 15 days. He had trial in the Tsentralny district court of Minsk, where he was guarded to at 2.00 pm from the KGB Minsk and Minsk region directorate. He has already been guarded to a special detention center on Akrestin Street for serving punishment.

Nobody is found responsible in the case of “Multiklub”. As informed by V. Shaban, an investigator for particularly important cases of Minks prosecutor’s office, the case will be closed within the next week, and the confiscated office equipment returned to journalists.

In an ‘inner circle’ Alyaksandr Lukashenka rewarded KGB officers for their “good work”. “I cannot say publicly for what the state awards are given to you. But I know perfectly well for what”, the Belarusian leader added.
