CCP-BPF boycotts “elections” 6

16:36, — Politics

“Participation of oppositional forces in the lection farce is an important step in the directon of legitimization of the “chamber of representatibes”, told the deputy head of the Conservative Christian party Belarusian Popular Front Yuras Belenki to Radio Svaboda.

“Mr Lukashenka, making an address, stated that they are to legalize the “chamber of representatives”. So there is an acute necessity to give a legal status to this body of power. It could be a confirmation that some referendum on merger with the Russian Federation is being prepared. When the world community would legalize the “chamber of representatives”, any Anschluss would be authorized by this “Palatka”, and would look legal formally,” the politician argues.
