Uladzimir Arlou: “I want to take part in historical events”

“The “election” can’t be named democratic and free even today. The voters have the right to gather at the square to discuss the situation,” famous Belarusian writer and historian Uladzimir Arlou said.
“When I am in Minsk, I attend all street actions. I am an educated historian, and I want to take part in historical events,” he told in an interview to the Charter’97 press center.
As the writer thinks, changes of the election legislation should be demanded at October Square on September 28.
