On 27 September at night, lights were burning and a militia officer was seen at polling station #474 of the Starazhouski constituency, situated in the library on Shevchenko Bulvar.
Observer of the 474th polling station of the Starazhouski constituency Ihar Babrovich told it to www.ucpb.org.
According to the observer, the militia officer said he didn’t know that the doors of the station must be sealed for the night and ballot boxes must be kept in a safe, according to the law.
“We came up to the militiaman and asked why the doors were open. The militiaman said, ’how can I leave the station, a when check may come here?’” Ihar Babrovich told.
It is clear who can go and check the station at night. As it has already been mentioned, content of ballot boxes is replaced at night.
Otherwise why has this battle for the early votes been conducted during these days?
