Observer from Germany made a picture with the last dictator of Europe

14

Today at the polling station journalists witnessed a talk of Alyaksandr Lukashenka with an observer from Germany, a Bundestag deputy.

As Interfax informs, to the question of Lukashenka: “What can you say about the elections?”, the German MP answered: “It has become a little better”. He expressed a wish for the oppositional candidates to have a possibility to make televised speeches for 2-4 hours.

“If we give them 2-4 hours each, our people will go mad after these speeches. If there is something to listen to, it would be possible to hear in 10 minutes for our people,” A. Lukashenka said.

Answering this statement, the German deputy noted that “our candidates for deputies also tell many things we do not like, but you should tolerate that in democracy, like it or not”. “The most important thing is for them to have an opportunity to appear in mass media,” the observer is convinced.

He asked Lukashenka and his son Nikolay to have a picture with him. After taking a picture A. Lukashenka said: “Now it would be impossible for him not to recognize our elections!”
