One of participants of vote counting at polling station #473 of the Staravilenski constituency of Minsk managed to take video of this process.
This view is known well to observers: the only thing they can see is loins of commission members, who raking out a pile of ballots. As an author of video notes, any attempts of coming close to see what was going on at the table, were suppressed, “Nasha Niva” daily reports.
