It was found out during the CEC sitting that ground for denial of registration was allegedly wring data in the tax return declaration. In particular, as a CEC expert noted, A. In this connection, CEC member Nadzeya Kisyalyova said that “the total sum of year’s income is correct and the applicant admits a technical error”. In this regard N. Kisyalyova suggested t cancel the decision of the district commission and register A. Lahvinets.

CEC spokesman Mikalai Lazavik said “in this case the applicant has “clearly political motives to set the district commission up and check its vigilance”. According to the law, M. Lazavik says, teh applicant violated the declaration filing procedure, in particular, column of foreign income.
