Lukashenka sent birthday greetings Hugo Chavez

3

Alyaksandr Lukashenka sent birthday greetings to the president of Venezuela and sincerity and common views in the Belarusian-Venezuelan relations.

In his congratulation to the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Alyaksandr Lukashenka was satisfied to notice the significant achievements of the friendly Venezuela in the international arena and on the road towards building a strong and prosperous state.

“I am convinced that the unity of our views and sincerity of the Belarus-Venezuela dialogue will help further the comprehensive interaction between the Republic of Belarus and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,” the greeting to Hugo Chavez says.

The Belarusian and Venezuelan leaders have much in common. Hugo Chavez visited Belarus three times – in 2006, 2007, and 2008.

Alyaksandr Lukashenka paid an official visit to Venezuela in December 2007, when a joint Belarusian-Venezuelan oil production enterprise was opened in the state of Anzoategui.

Hugo Chavez, like Alyaksandr Lukashenka, strengthens the national defence and army. The Venezuelan leader has recently decided to double the tank troops. TV and radio are being monopolized following the experience of his “Belarusian friend”. Chavez is blamed of enforced socialism building.
