A potential candidate for deputy of Minsk city executive committee, a popular blogger Yauhen Lipkovich has sent an application to deputy head of Lukashenka’s administration Natalya Pyatkevich.

“Considering that the large-scale organizational work department of the ideology board affiliated by Minsk city executive committee has turned coward (executor Tamilchyk, head officer Khilman) and under a formal pretext refused to consider the issue of coordinating the approval of informational poster which would be placed at advertising constructions in Valhahradski constituency #54 of Minsk, I urge your board to coordinating the approval of the campaign poster which you will find enclosed. I ask you to show understanding as the term of signature collection campaign is limited, and to accelerate the decision-making process,” Lipkovich quotes the text of his address in his blog.

On February 25 the head of the large-scale organizational work department of the ideology board of Minsk city executive committee Tamilchyk informed that “this issue is beyond their scope”. “We do not issue approvals for informational posters. If it were mass media, only then... And this is not to be approved by us,” Lipkovich writes in his blog.

Yauhen Lipkovich runs to Minks city council in Valhahradski constituency #54.

In his blog Lipkovich also posted a collage called: “A fragment of a paining by V. Surikov “Natalya Pyatkevich is taken to Minsk city executive committee to not through Y.A. Lipkovich’s informational poster”.
