Criminal case instigated against Bielita former general director

High executives of the Belarus’s biggest cosmetics producer are on remand.
As BelaPAN learnt from the law enforcement agencies, prosecutor’s office of the Maskouski district of Minsk, based on the materials of the directorate for economic crimes of the internal affairs department, has instigated a case under part 4 of article 210 of the Criminal Code (theft by official misconduct) against former general director and former general accountant of the joint venture Bielita.
They are suspected of illegal transferring 250 million rubbles to an account of a firm in 2008.
The case will be investigated by the internal affairs department of the Maskouski district of Minsk. There is no information about a measure of restraint for them.
Bielita is a Belarusian-Italian joint venture, the biggest cosmetics producer in Belarus founded in 1989.
