Police scared by “rebellious” words on oppositionist’s T-shirt

A pro-democracy activist Uladzimir Nyapomnyashchykh was detained in Homel. Policemen didn’t like the words on the T-short of the oppositionist “For Belarus without Lukashenka”.
At the moment the member of the United Civil Party Uladzimir Nyapomnyashchykh stays in the police department of Central district of Homel.
As “Belarusian partisan” was told by the chairman of Homel regional branch of the UCP Vasily Palyakou, the oppositionist was n his way to the meeting of democratic activists of Homel. “Most likely it was a preventive detention, and the reason was the words on his T-shirt,” Palyakou noted.
By the way, V. Shukel, a police captain, is in charge of the case related to the “unsanctioned” words on the T-shirt. This policeman is well-known to Homel oppositionists. It was Shukel who drew up reports of administrative violation against all participants of the solidarity rally in 2009 – Uladzimir Katsora, Yury Zakharanka, Pyotr Kuznyatsou, Vasily Palyakou and Anatoly Paplauny.
