In accordance with the document, which most of employees, even  managers of the company cafe and shop, had to sign, the company personnel and their relatives cannot run a business or represent the third person in the deals relating to company's activity, Belorusski Partizan reports.

Employees cannot negotiate any deals on behalf of state companies with the companies where their relatives or in-law relatives work. Employees were also banned to have accounts in foreign banks. The document also demands personnel to stop membership in political parties, “if performing their state duties conflicts with membership in a political party” (only membership in opposition parties is probably meant).

The document prohibits employees to run commercial organizations and do any paid work having no relation to their employment duties (except for research, cultural and teaching activities).

There are threats that those refusing to sign the document will be dismissed at the first opportunity.

Employees of all companies of Belneftekhim concern must sign the document.
