Czech believers stand up for Dzmitry Dashkevich

The largest charismatic church "Křesťanské společenství Praha" supported the political prisoner.

The believers send letters supporting Dzmitry Dashkevich to the Prosecutor General’s office, the Lukashenka’s administration and the Department of corrections, the BChD press-service reports.

Apart from this official appeal dozens of letter of similar content supporting the political prisoner are sent by individual Christians including Catholics.

Prayers are made in many churches. A special prayer for Dzmitry Dashkevich and other political prisoners was made in Prague on Friday 28 September.

We would remind that information about the pressure on Dashkevich which the colony’s administration puts on him appeared in media on 26 September. Particularly it was reported that the administration representatives insulted protestant Churches of the Evangelic Faith of Dashkevich’s as well as threatened him with a rape.
