Belarusians of Europe supported Dashkevich

The Belarusian House in Warsaw put forward an initiative to write letters to the head of the Mozyr penal colony.

Dashkevich was transferred to the Mozyr colony on 19 September. According to him there they immediately started to insult him on religious grounds. It became known that the head of the colony Youry Zbarouski threatened the political prisoner with violence.

As the co-director of the Belarusian House in Warsaw Dzmitry Barodka noted, the Belarusian centers all across Europe joined the initiative: HUB (Vilnius, Lithuania), Office of Belarusian Political Immigration (Antwerp, Belgium), Free Belarus Now (London, Great Britain), Belarusian Center in the Ukraine (Kiev, Ukraine), Association for Modernization (Prague, Czech republic).

The Belarusian centers in Europe suggest civic and political organizations to join the action and write to the head of the colony where Dashkevich serves his term to the address: to Zbarouski Youry Bagdanavich, Mozyr-11, PK-20, postal code 247760, Belarus.
