Pavel Sevyarynets: Lukashenka's henchmen prepare escape routes

The question is in how many countries Belarusian officials already bought real estate, a politician thinks.
A co-head of Belarusian Christian Democracy party and political prisoner, Pavel Sevyarynets, comments for charter97.org website on purchases of property in Lithuania by Belarusian officials and oligarchs.
“Lukashenka's henchmen seem to prepare escape routes. It may be called a 'reserve aerodrome'. But is it the only one? May they turn out to own real estate in Russia or Venezuela?” the political prisoner notes.
“Why did this information go from the Lithuanian media, not from Belarusian state-run newspapers and television? Tell us, let people know where officials have property and where their children study. Where is Belarusian gold in real case?” Pavel Sevyarynets says.
“In any normal country, officials would lose their posts for corruption if information appeared that they bought real estate in the capital of the neighbouring country,” the politician thinks.
