New South Park is about Belarus (Video)

The characters of the world famous cartoon wear bracelets supporting Belarusian farmers who are fighting the government.

The 13th episode of South Park’s 16th season was released at night on 1 November (Belarusian time). It starts with the Americans disappointed in Christianity take the W.W.J.D. (What would Jesus do?) bracelets off their hands. These bracelets are very popular in the states, Euroradio reports.

Stan, one of the main cartoon’s characters, refuses to take off the bracelet. He is invited to a TV show, where he listens to absurd criticism for being bold enough not to stick to the general opinion.  

In school Stan notices that another student Butters is also wearing a bracelet on his hand.

“It helps me not to forget about compassion to people, - Butters explains. – I was really impressed, when I saw on YouTube how farmers struggle in Belarus”.

“Farmers in where?”, - Stan asks.

Youtube shots appear on the screen: two bulldozers are facing a bunch of people with fields of cabbage behind their backs.

“Bon appetite [incomprehensible further]”, - one of the bulldozer operators says to the Belarusian farmers. There is a Middle Ages castle behind his back. On the screen there are words in the meanwhile "This land is no longer yours!"

However, the people wouldn’t leave since they “swore to stand at the land as the guy in the USA who did not take the bracelet off his hand”.

Soon Stan becomes a star for being the only person in the USA not having taken off the bracelet. However, journalists find the remains of super glue on his bracelet and accuse him of deceit.

“You know what is sad? That it is exactly what is important for people. And no one remember the farmer from Belarus. You want to say that farmer from Belarus is bullshit?” – Stan complains to his friend Kyle.

However, the next morning almost all the students wear bracelets supporting the people of Belarus since the “Belarusian government at this moments…” But what exactly the Belarusian government was doing remains unknown.

At the end of the episode Jesus comes to Belarus to reconcile the dispute. He says to a news reporter that he talked with the farmers and the situation was solvable. At this very moment a tank in the background shots at the crowd. Series of machine gun’s shots are heard in the background and in couple second the bulldozers move forward.
