Banks to grant foreign currency loans only in non-cash form

The National Bank of Belarus has changed conditions of issuing loans in foreign currency.
In accordance with decree No. 577 “On Issuing Loans in Foreign Currency”, released by the National Bank on November 13, from November 17 “the bank gives loans in foreign currency in a non-cash form by transferring foreign currency in payment for accounting documents submitted by the borrower to accounts of non-residents of the Republic of Belarus and residents of the Republic of Belarus in cases provided by the law.”
