Belarus to establish diplomatic relations with Djibouti

Alexander Lukashenko signed a relevant decree on 19 November.

Djibouti is a small country in the Horn of Africa. It is bordered by Eritrea in the north,Ethiopia in the west and south, and Somalia in the southeast. The remainder of the border is formed by the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden at the east.
Djibouti was ranked the 177th safest investment destination in the world in the March 2011 Euromoney Country Risk rankings.
