Krasny Pishchevik company nationalised too

State's stake in the authorised capital of Krasny Pishchevik company has been increased to 50% + 1 share.

A decision on principled consent to increasing state's stake in the company by a sum of government's aid in 2012 was taken at an unscheduled general meeting of Krasny Pishchevik JSC shareholders.

Business News agency learnt it from Valyantina Sharstnyova, the chairperson of the supervisory board.

The website of the company reports that the shareholders owning 165,493 shares (99.86%) voted in favour of the decision and shareholders owning 231 shares (0.14%) voted against.
