BPF party banned to hold rally in Slutsk

The district executive committee of Slutsk banned the BPF party to carry out a rally on December 1 on occasion of the anniversary of the Slutsk Uprising.

BPF chairperson Alyaksei Yanukevich and leader of the Slutsk party unit Vital Amyalkovich applied for a rally on November 15, Radio Svaboda reports. Representatives of For Freedom movement, Razam solidarity movement and Young Front were expected to take part in the rally.

It should be reminded that activists of the Conservative Christian Party BPF were allowed to mark the 92th anniversary of the Slutsk Uprising on November 25.
