Electricity and water supplies were cut off in the town of Mozyr. Internet and phone services are also disrupted.
A reader told charter97.org that Mozyr municipal services are unable to remove snow after heavy snowfalls.
The office of the Mozyr water and sewerage services says water cuts are caused by a breakdown at the pump station in the village of Prudok. The repair works are in progress.
It is possible that nursery schools and educational institutions will not work on December 13.
