Legcuffs left near Ministry of Labour

The Belarusian National Bolsheviks held a performance as part of a campaign for cancelling Decree No. 9, which enacts the “serfdom”.
Symbolic legcuffs were chained near main entrance to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection after the minister of labour recently welcomed adoption of the decree. The shackles will soon be widely used by officers of the ministry and directors of wood processing enterprises, organisers of the performance think.
Security guards of the ministry tried to detain activists, but they were too slow to catch any, a press release of National Bolsheviks informs.
