The editor of the Narodnyia Naviny Vetebska web-site Siargei Serabro was taking pictures of the yards and street in the city’s outskirts before the visit of Lukashenka.
They are waiting for the Belarusian ruler in Vitebsk this week. He may visit the Vitebsk timber processing plant. It is exactly the area of the plant, where the journalist Siargei Serabro was detained, Radio Svaboda reports.
First the editor of the Narodnyia Naviny Vetebska web-site reported about the detention on Twitter. He got into police’s attention when he was taking pictures of the process of new asphalt laying in the areas of the timber processing factory.
Roughly in half an hour Siargei Serabro reported that he was released.
