The Young Front member tried to sue the military registration and enlistment office for drafting him with law violations.
Let us remind you that Mihas Muski tried to appeal the decision of Nyasvizh draft commission that decided to send him to the army right from the detention centre which was a law violation. The appeal for alternative service was ignored. The Young Front member serves in Lepel District now.
Judge Maryna Dunayeva has dismissed Muski's complaint about the illegal draft today. Muski, who has to swear on June 16, claimed that he would not do it in protest of the illegal draft.
