Stanislau Shushkevich: Yarmoshyna should be behind bars

The first head of independent Belarus calls the forthcoming “elections” a “secret service operation” and participation in them  “collaboration with the authorities”.

The politician thinks the head of the Central Election Commission (CEC) should behind bars, Russia's Kommersnt daily writes.

“CEC head Lidzia Yarmoshyna is in charge of the 'elections'. She should be thrown behind bars long ago for electoral frauds,” Shushkevich is confident.

The opposition members who chose “collaboration with the authorities” explain they run in the “elections” to carry out canvassing and use the legal opportunities provided by the election campaign, the former parliament speaker and chair of the Social Democratic Party Stanislau Shushkevich thinks.
