Lozovik said that candidates cannot call for a boycott for state means, but are welcome to do this for their own. But it turns out that one cannot do this even for their own means.

"Mogilev Regional typography of Spiridon Sobol", violating the law, refuses to print flyers of UCP speakers with funds received from the candidate. This leaflet contains the main message of the UCP, its main statement: "Do not go to unfair "elections "! This is the first step to fair elections. Join UCP campaign "For Fair Elections without "Lukashenko"!"

"They took the order in the morning, then they read it carefully and called back, say “you cannot print that” , - says the UCP speaker, chairman of Mogilev Regional organization, Vladimir Shantseu. – They have demanded a signature of the chairperson of the district commission that this is allowed to be printed. What does the Chairman of the Regional Commission in this situation - is unclear. So, if you are not for the boycott, no signature is required! Of course, in a low voice, they say to us: please, you have to understand, We want to work both today and after these elections..."

The demand to give a written response was responded by denials and excuses, that, say, the director is absent, writes the UCP website.

"What do we do now? We will continue to act according to the law, - said Vladimir Shantsev. – We, in contrary to them, operate strictly according to the law."

In any case, if the leaflets won’t be printed, the name of the head of the typography will be on the list of law violators.
