Near the supermarket "Frunze" in Minsk activists of the youth campaign "Zmena" were going to hold another rally with a call to boycott the "elections" to the "house of representatives", reports "Radio Svaboda".

Young people staged a symbolic distribution of borscht.

After the start of the picket, activists of “Zmena" and photojournalists were assaulted by men in civilian clothes that started to beat and detain them.

As the press service of the BAJ reports, according to preliminary data were detained activists of "Zmena" Pavel Vinagradau, Aliaxandar Artsybasheu, and photographers of Associated Press and Reuters - Siarhei Grits and Vasily Fedasenka, journalist Tatsiana Ziankovich, Paul Podobed, cameraman Aliaxandar Barazenka, and crew of the German television station ZDF.

According to preliminary information, the journalists were injured. No one answer  the phone. During the detention, the journalist of Associated Press, Siarhei Grits has broken his glasses.
