Minsk resident has voted ... according to the direction from her work

On the 346th precinct of the 101 electoral district of the capital city a Minsk resident voted early in accordance with a direction from her work.

This was reported to BelaPAN by Yuri Melyashkevich, a trustee of the candidate of this constituency Artsem Lyavy.

Our observers, who were on the polling station, documented that the woman came to vote early with the direction from her workplace. The members of this committee were not surprised, and even put a note in her document that she voted. Unfortunately, observers are not allowed to communicate with voters, so we do not know which agency issues such documents. But this fact we see as a compulsion to vote early. We have recorded this fact, and if prosecutors will be interested in this, all the data of the woman is in the electoral commission - said Melyashkevich.

He also noted some inconsistencies that have emerged on the first day of early voting.

- For example, in the center of artistic creation, which is in the 101st District, there are three polling stations - № 367,368 and 369. Our people have campaigned in the area and know that the number of apartments assigned to these areas is roughly equal. However, as it turned out, the 367th area has 1,975 voters, 2.128 voters are assigned to the 368th area, and to the 369th - 1.109. So, on one of the sites, with an equal number of apartments, is a "demographic hole" - said Melyashkevich.
