By encouraging or coercing people to vote early, falsifiers gain unlimited possibilities for substitution of ballots and manipulation with numbers of turnout.
"In BNTU they use different strategies: they threaten with expulsion from the hostel, with in the session, they even went so far as to ask students from the city to comу, but the students have their own section for registration. Moreover, the even promise that they will do a weekend on Friday, just come. It’s a total marasmus. I want to say just one thing: students of National Technical University students and other universities, do not buy the lie, do not sell your home for a weekend, have the honor! No one will expel you from dormitories of university just for the fact that you did not come to the elections, believe me, it is a simple pressure. Show strength, say "no", but if they start to press, contact human rights activists, they provide real assistance for 16 years. Remember, they do not need your vote; voting against everyone is not an option. They need just your turnout to launch their machine of falsification; no one will watch your voice, it will be burned in a furnace", - wrote the reader.
