Students are invited to join a dancing party on Kastrychnitskaia Square.
A student of a Minsk university sent to charter97.org photographs of the announcements posted in the 5th dormitory of the Belarusian State Agricultural Technical University. As it can be seen from the photographs, students are invited to take part in a dancing party on the “elections” day, 23 September, at Kastrychnitskaia Square. Belarusian stars are supposed to perform there.
Moreover, the administration of the dormitory gathers information about the whereabouts of each student on 22 and 23 September.
