Students' academic groups vote early

Groups of students, who were forced to vote early, have been observed at the 13th polling station in Hrodna-Centre constituency No. 50.
The polling station is located in the residence hall of Hrodna State Medical College, Viasna human rights centre reports.
Most of the voters at polling station No. 13 are students. They come to vote early in groups. As many as 185 people voted on September 19. Independent observers saw on September 20 that a student asked the district election commission to issue a notice to show it to his dean.
